Marcus T., Lead Technician

Marcus has been turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems in Dallas for 17 years. He holds an EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling and can diagnose a struggling AC compressor or a furnace heat exchanger faster than most people can find their thermostat manual. Marcus is our lead on complex repair calls, the kind where three other companies threw parts at the problem and the unit still isn’t cooling. Outside of work, Marcus restores old American pickup trucks in his garage in Garland, which means he understands the pain of a project that won’t cooperate.

Rosa V., Senior Installer

Rosa leads our system replacement and installation work. She’s certified on Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard equipment, and she’s the person you want sizing a new system for a Dallas summer. Rosa does the load calculation herself, walks you through the written estimate line by line, and doesn’t leave the job until the airflow, refrigerant charge, and drain lines are dialed in. She grew up in Oak Cliff and can tell you exactly how a 105-degree August afternoon punishes an undersized AC. On weekends, Rosa gardens, which she says is just heat management for plants.

Dana K., Service Coordinator

Jaylen joined the Brandt HVAC Co Dallas crew two years ago and works alongside Marcus and Rosa on repairs and installs. He’s enrolled in a formal HVAC apprenticeship program and is building hours toward his journeyman licensure while learning the trade the right way: watching, doing, and asking questions. Jaylen handles a lot of the maintenance and tune-up calls under supervision, and customers regularly comment on how carefully he explains what he found. He’s a Dallas native who played football at Skyline High School and genuinely enjoys the puzzle of figuring out why a furnace won’t stay lit.
